The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the sales made by Jean-Raphaël BELAJEW, a sole trader, registered under the number 850416025 00011, whose registered office is located at 79 rue Jules Ferry 22000 Saint-Brieuc (hereinafter referred to as the "Sole Trader"), through the website numberwam.store (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
These GTC exclusively concern the sale of printed canvases, clothing (hoodies), and streetwear accessories in limited editions and personalized with the Customer's name.

The present GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of limited edition products, personalized with the Customer's name, offered by the Sole Trader on the Website.

Any order placed on the Website implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). The GTC in force at the time of the order are those that apply.

The products offered for sale are printed canvases, hoodies, and streetwear accessories, exclusively in limited editions and personalized with the Customer's name. Each product is numbered and unique due to this personalization.
The essential characteristics of the products (dimensions, materials, colors, etc.) are described on the Website as accurately as possible. The photos are provided for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
All products are available while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after the order has been validated, the Sole Trader will contact the Customer as soon as possible and offer a refund or an equivalent product.

It is not necessary for the Customer to register or create an account to place an order on the Website. The ordering process follows these steps:

► Selection of products by the Customer

► Cart validation

► Order validation and acceptance of the GTC

► Secure payment of the order

►Contact with the customer for customization (Customer name - size chosen on eligible products)

Due to the personalized nature of the products, any validated order is considered firm and final and cannot be modified or canceled after validation. The Sole Trader reserves the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason, especially in case of a dispute with a Customer.

Product prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Delivery charges are fixed at €9.90 per order, regardless of the number of products ordered or the destination among the countries served (see below "Article 6 - Delivery").
Payment is made online via Paypal securely.

• Printed canvases: Canvases are shipped only to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, and Switzerland.
• Hoodies and streetwear accessories: These products are shipped worldwide, except for the following regions: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Gaza Strip (Palestine), Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
  Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. The Sole Trader cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external service providers or circumstances beyond their control.
  In case of a significant delay, the Customer may cancel the order and request a refund.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. As the products sold on the Website are personalized with the Customer's name and uniquely numbered, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after validating the order.
No request for return or cancellation will be accepted, except in the case of a defect or non-compliance of the delivered product.

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
In the event of a defect or non-compliance found on a product, the Customer must contact the Sole Trader via email at [email protected], providing details and proof (photos of the defect, precise description). Depending on the availability of stock, an exchange, repair, or refund will be offered.

The Sole Trader cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products or for any indirect damage. Their liability is limited to the amount of the order.

The personal information collected as part of orders is used for order processing and the management of the commercial relationship. It is processed in accordance with the Website's privacy policy. The Customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Sole Trader at [email protected].

All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Sole Trader. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited without the prior consent of the Sole Trader.

The present GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no amicable agreement is found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Saint-Brieuc, France.
